Please note: logistics such as travel, accommodation, technical equipment, and general event operations are the responsibility of the client or partner organization.

3. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, graphics, and logos, is the property of Musical Creation Lab unless otherwise stated.
All original works (scripts, music, choreography, direction) created by the Lab remain protected under copyright and intellectual property law. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.

4. Payments

All payments are based on written proposals and contracts agreed upon by both parties.

• A deposit is required upon signing the contract.

• The remaining balance must be paid according to the schedule set forth in the contract.

• For international transactions, bank transfer fees and currency conversion costs are the responsibility of the client.

5. Limitation of Liability

Musical Creation Lab shall not be held liable for delays, cancellations, or changes caused by circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, venue issues, or third-party partners.
The Lab’s maximum liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client under the relevant contract.

 

6. Governing Law

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea.
In case of disputes, parties shall seek to resolve them amicably. If unresolved, disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Korean courts.
